InspectionLink provides software for home-inspection companies to manage their operations. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

2. Accounts & responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your clients and agents through the platform (including for SMS and email).
• You must keep account credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including sending unlawful, unsolicited, or abusive communications, or attempting to access data belonging to other companies.

4. Payments

Subscription and any usage-based fees are described at sign-up or in your plan.
